Heart Strings
Tulsa Symphony Orchestra’s Heart Strings program offers the comfort and healing powers of music to residents, caregivers, and staff at local retirement communities, hospitals, veteran facilities, youth centers, and soup kitchens.
David B. Waters
String Quintet
Thanks to support from the David B. Waters Charitable Foundation, TSO collaborates with the University of Tulsa. This partnership includes a String Quintet in residence at TU, which conducts rehearsals, masterclasses, recitals, and local school visits.
Symphony by the Sea
Symphony by the Sea is a unique field trip opportunity combining arts and science education through a partnership with the Oklahoma Aquarium.
Creative Aging
Tulsa Symphony Orchestra’s Creative Aging program brings enriching musical experiences to seniors at local retirement communities.
Beginning Strings
Through our partnership with Ellen Ochoa Elementary School, the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra provides after-school group violin instruction to first and second grade students.
Early Childhood Music Exploration
Through our school partnerships, teachers are fostering conversations with their students about music, instruments, movement, and the creative arts.
Link Up
Through our partnership with Carnegie Hall’s Weill Institute of Music, the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra provides live interactive concerts for 3rd-5th grade students.
Symphony in the Park
This annual outdoor concert at Guthrie Green allows families, neighbors, and friends to experience the fun, enriching, and rejuvenating powers of music free of cost.
