TULSA SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA’S ANNUAL PHILANTHROPIC “GIVING DAY” RETURNS THIS FRIDAY CUMILINATING WITH FREE SYMPHONY IN THE PARK CONCERT ON THE GUTHRIE GREEN

TULSA, OKLAHOMA— The Tulsa Symphony Orchestra is holding its annual Giving Day on Friday, September 6th culminating with a dazzling musical and fireworks show, Symphony in the Park in partnership with Guthrie Green!

WHEN: Giving Day starts at 12:01am September 6th until 11:59pm. Symphony in the Park will round out the day with a free performance from 8-9pm complete with a fireworks photo opportunity over downtown Tulsa!

WHAT: Giving Day is an annual charitable event benefiting the symphony’s educational programming which serves over 55,000 Oklahomans annually. Donations can be made at: https://tsogivingday.org Coinciding with the First Friday Arts Crawl, the capstone to Giving Day features the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra’s performance of a variety of pops favorites under the direction of returning Guest Conductor, Ron Spiegelman.

Attendees are encouraged to register their attendance or reserve VIP seating at: https://www.tulsasymphony.org/calendar/symphony-in-the-park Registration assists in critical reporting as a 501c3 organization, but also gives guests an opportunity to win tickets to the 19th season of the symphony upon registration.

WHERE: Lawn of Guthrie Green, 111 E Reconciliation Way, Tulsa, OK. If attendees are not opting for VIP registration, blankets, chairs, and coolers are welcome, however food trucks and a public restroom will be on-site.
