Tulsa Symphony Orchestra Entry Requirements for Patrons
All patrons will be required to show proof of either a full COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result prior to entry into the performance venue. This will be required for all indoor Tulsa Symphony Orchestra performances, including Fridays in the Loft concerts, Classics concerts, and film concerts. A negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained within 72 hours of the performance for patrons who are not yet fully vaccinated. This policy will not affect our outdoor performance of Symphony in the Park at Guthrie Green on September 3.
When does the policy go into effect?
This policy will be enforced beginning on September 17 for our Fridays in the Loft performance at the Fly Loft.
If I am not vaccinated, what kind of tests will be accepted?
A negative COVID-19 test result (molecular or PCR) administered by an official testing center. Test results must be dated no more than 72 hours of the performance. Home testing kit results will not be accepted for entry. Please visit tulsa-health.org for more information regarding testing locations.
How do I show proof of vaccination?
Acceptable documentation includes a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, a digital copy of such card, or other proof as is permitted locally.
Will I still have to wear a mask?
Currently, TSO is requiring masks for indoor performances. This policy is continuously reviewed and updated. Please check tulsasymphony.org for the latest updates.
I’m visiting from another country, where other COVID vaccines are approved for use (AstraZeneca, for example), will I be able to get in?
Yes, as long as you’re considered fully vaccinated.
What if I have a medical condition or religious belief that exempts me from getting vaccinated?
You will still be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result obtained within 72 hours of the performance.
What about attendees under the age of 12?
As the vaccine has not been approved for use in children under age 12, a negative COVID-19 test obtained within 72 hours of the performance will be required for all attendees 12 and under.
I have no intention of getting vaccinated, so what now?
Current ticket holders who will not be fully vaccinated by the date of their planned visit and do not wish to be tested may receive a credit to their account or request a full refund of the cost of their tickets. This request must be made prior to noon on the day of the performance.

Exchange and Refund Policy
We are looking forward to welcoming you back to live Tulsa Symphony Orchestra performances and know that flexibility is important in ensuring the safety of our audiences, staff, and artists. We understand that your comfort levels may change in the coming months and, as a result, have expanded our exchange and refund policy. Should you feel ill or are no longer comfortable attending a performance for which you have tickets, you may request an exchange or refund at no cost to you. Deadlines for exchanges and refunds are as follows:
- Refund and Exchange Requests must be received by noon on the day of the performance.
- For approved refunds, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment the guest used to make the original purchase.
- Special offers, discounts, and promotional codes may not be applied to exchanged tickets. The ticket exchange will be for the same ticket type and offer that was originally purchased, subject to blackout dates and availability.
- Complimentary tickets are not eligible for an exchange or a refund under this policy.
- If you exchange into a lesser-priced performance or section, the price difference will be absorbed by the box office.
